The Houstonian Estates has a 98% owner occupancy rate.  All units are owned by fee simple title with an undivided interest in all common elements.The Association has the Right of First Refusal on all sales and/or leases.  Although leasing in our building is rare, units do occasionally become available.  The minimum lease term is one year. Since all units are individually owned, you should contact your realtor for more information.  Residents can access the Lease Agreement and Security Deposit Addendum forms in the "Documents" sections.  Realtors should contact management to request a copy of our promulgated forms.
