The lush gardens that surround the building occupy over three acres and are filled with a variety of plant life that combine manicured flower beds and natural grounds with foliage indigenous to Texas. Clay and gravel walkways allow for peaceful strolls through the forest setting and benches placed throughout permit time to relax, read or just take in nature.            

While The Houstonian Estates physical beauty enhances the resident’s lifestyle, the true essence of the service experience is delivered by the staff. The Houstonian Estates employees have a combined 600 years-worth of service to the building as the average length of tenure is 15 years. Our staff works to find solutions to any challenge our residents may have. They even deliver ‘room service’ from the world-class Houstonian Hotel, Club and Spa.

The Houstonian offers as well outdoor commercial grade grills and a generous leash free zone for pets. Beautifully appointed gardens encourage our residents to relax in the beauty of our city sanctuary – at poolside or around the outdoor fire-pit.

The Garden Room on the first floor holds up to 75 seated and up to 100 persons standing or lecture style, and is available to all residents.  It is well appointed to serve all of your event needs.

A full kitchen with oversized double ovens, warming tray, ice machine, microwave, and side-by-side refrigerator, along with a full service of china will promote the success of any dining event.

Just of the pool area are two commercial grills anchored in flagstone and a stainless steel chef's island that permit all residents the opportunity to enjoy the flavor of grilled cuisine.  Residents routinely grill and enjoy the outdoors in the comfort of surrounding leisure areas.

       


 




                  

    

Tastefully designed, the sheer-glass exterior wall once again draws in the lush surroundings of our gardens – the perfect backdrop to compliment any function. 

 

A smaller Conference Room on the first floor is also available. It is a popular venue for meetings and card games.  The room overlooks the pool terrace.  Again, a floor to ceiling sheer-glass wall draws in the gardens to invigorate the meeting atmosphere. The room is equipped with a 60" flat screen IPTV with wireless interactive features.  The room will accommodate from 6 to 8 people.

A library of the main lobby, accented with built-in bookcases, traditional seating, and Impressionist period art creates an additional area for privacy and relaxation.
